How the return works
- Check the cylinder: This return process is intended for empty oxygen cylinders. If the cylinder still contains gas or you are unsure about its condition, do not ship it through this empty-cylinder process and contact us first.
- Pack securely: Use the transport packaging intended for the order and secure the cylinder against movement.
- Follow the return instructions: Use only the markings, documents and shipping labels intended for your specific return or supplied by us. Do not independently alter or remove markings contrary to these instructions.
- Register collection: Complete the form. We will review the details and then arrange the next steps of the return process.
