bluAqua supports professional and eligible users with the ongoing supply of medical gases. Our services focus on refilling, exchange and organized returns of suitable compressed-gas cylinders.
Refill medical oxygen cylinders
If you want to keep your own suitable oxygen cylinder, use our medical oxygen refill service. The cylinder is accepted through the designated return process, technically inspected, refilled and then returned.
Exchange oxygen cylinders
For faster restoration of readiness for use, our oxygen cylinder exchange service is available. You receive a suitable filled exchange cylinder and return the corresponding empty cylinder.
Medical nitrous oxide (N₂O)
For medical nitrous oxide, we offer a refill and exchange service for suitable 10-litre cylinders. Supply is restricted to eligible professional users in accordance with applicable requirements.
Medical compressed air (Air)
For suitable customer-owned compressed-gas cylinders, we offer refilling with medical compressed air. We do not currently offer an exchange service for compressed-air cylinders.
Medical carbon dioxide (CO₂)
Depending on cylinder size, medical carbon dioxide is available for purchase or exchange. Please observe the technical requirements of the individual offer.
Empty cylinders and collection
Empty oxygen cylinders from an exchange or service order can be registered for collection via our central empty-cylinder return page. For transport, use only the packaging and shipping instructions provided for your order.
Professional medical gas supplier
bluAqua Service GmbH & Co. KG holds a wholesale authorization pursuant to Section 52a of the German Medicines Act (AMG) for the wholesale distribution of medical gases. Our shipping and cylinder service is intended for professional users in Germany.
