Mobile vs. stationary oxygen concentrator
The air in our atmosphere typically has an oxygen content of approximately 20%. An oxygen concentrator separates the oxygen from the ambient air and delivers air with an oxygen content of up to 96% , for example, via a nasal tube .
Apart from a power source and a nasal tube or oxygen mask, no additional equipment is required to operate an oxygen concentrator.
We offer both mobile oxygen concentrators with batteries and stationary systems. Mobile oxygen devices significantly increase patient mobility, but require frequent charging. When high flow rates are required, stationary oxygen concentrators are ideal. With high flow rates (up to 10 l/min) and reliable 24/7 operation, they ensure a constant and reliable oxygen supply.
