Due to its size, the 50-liter cylinder is intended for stable, stationary use. It must be secured against tipping over and operated with a pressure reducer suitable for medical oxygen, the cylinder connection, and the intended application. Medical oxygen is a fire accelerant; storage, transport, and application must comply with applicable regulations. Transport is carried out as dangerous goods in accordance with regulations.

Is a pressure reducer included?
No. This offer includes the filled oxygen cylinder. A suitable pressure reducer and other accessories are selected separately to match the intended use.
10 liters or 50 liters – which cylinder size makes sense?
The 50-liter cylinder contains 10,000 liters, five times the oxygen supply of the 10-liter oxygen cylinder with 2,000 liters. The 10-liter version is much easier to move within a facility; the 50-liter cylinder, on the other hand, is intended for a fixed or predominantly stationary supply point.

Delivery is only available domestically (Germany).
No delivery to packing stations
Deliveries to DHL packing stations, post offices, parcel shops or similar collection points are generally excluded.
Please provide a deliverable street address with your order. This can be your home address, business address, practice address, or another address where the shipment can be personally received.
If a packing station, post office or collection point is nevertheless provided as a delivery address, no shipment will be made. In this case, we will request a suitable street address before delivery.

Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The invoice amount is due within 10 days for payment by invoice.
For payment by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
For payment by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
