Wir senden Ihnen eine befüllte 10 Liter Sauerstoffflasche mit MEDIVITAL Kombiventil mit Medizinischem Sauerstoff zu. Nachdem Sie Ihre Flasche getauscht haben verpacken Sie die leere Flasche und informieren uns. Wir kümmern uns dann um die Abholung. Die leere Sauerstoffflasche (Leergut) wird geprüft und befüllt und bleibt dann in unserem Tauschpool.
Bitte beachten Sie: Sofern die leere Sauerstoffflasche nicht durch uns geliefert wurde, darf der Zeitpunkt der nächsten technischen Überprüfung (TÜV Plakette, alle 10 Jahre erforderlich) nicht überschritten sein. Anderenfalls berechnen wir für die technische Überprüfung 75,00 EUR. Von uns getauschte und gelieferte Flaschen sind registriert. Für die Sauerstoffflaschen Medizinischer Sauerstoff übernehmen wir ab der ersten Befüllung alle erforderlichen technischen Umrüstungen und Überprüfungen. Somit ist sichergestellt, dass Sie immer über eine technisch einwandfreie und den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen entsprechende Sauerstoffflasche Medizinischer Sauerstoff verfügen.

Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

If payment is made by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 10 days.
