Long-term oxygen therapy is a proven standard of care for many patients with COPD. The Zen-O lite™ from GCE Healthcare is a lightweight, portable oxygen concentrator that provides oxygen to patients - both at home and on the go. This allows patients to continue leading an active lifestyle.
RATE RESPONSIVE THERAPY (RRT)
The Zen-O lite™ delivers oxygen within the first half second of the inhalation phase. With Rate Responsive Therapy (RRT) technology, the device detects when the patient needs more oxygen and automatically increases the delivery amount, for example, during increased physical exertion.
The device responds to the increased need for oxygen by adjusting the pulse frequency to the patient's inhalation frequency while maintaining a constant bolus size. This ensures that the user is adequately supplied at all times.
Breath-controlled mode
The Zen-O lite™ has five adjustable settings and delivers up to 1050 ml of oxygen per minute. The oxygen delivery amount adapts to the patient's specific needs (Normal mode). ECO mode allows the user to switch the device's operation to a fixed volume per minute (max 210 ml per setting). This function can extend battery life.
Suitable for air travel
The Zen-O lite™ is airworthy and complies with all internationally relevant safety standards. (FAA approval from the US Federal Aviation Administration for national and international flights).

Weighing only 2.5 kg, the Zen-O lite™ can be used at home, yet it is also the ideal mobile concentrator for on the go. The Zen-O lite™ offers patients who need supplemental oxygen a high degree of independence and flexibility.

The manufacturer's warranty on the device is 3 years, excluding battery, molecular sieves, and other accessories.

Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is only available domestically (Germany).
No delivery to packing stations
Deliveries to DHL packing stations, post offices, parcel shops or similar collection points are generally excluded.
Please provide a deliverable street address with your order. This can be your home address, business address, practice address, or another address where the shipment can be personally received.
If a packing station, post office or collection point is nevertheless provided as a delivery address, no shipment will be made. In this case, we will request a suitable street address before delivery.
Shipping Costs (including statutory value-added tax)
We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:
For insured delivery with a shipping service provider of our choice within Germany, we charge EUR 7.99.
For the shipment of dangerous goods, we charge as follows:
For shipments with a total weight of 0.01 - 5 kg: shipping costs EUR 34.90,
for shipments with a total weight of 5.01 - 20 kg: shipping costs EUR 39.90,
for shipments with a total weight of 20.01 - 40 kg: shipping costs EUR 44.90,
for shipments with a total weight of 40.01 - 60 kg: shipping costs EUR 49.90,
for shipments with a total weight of 60.01 - 80 kg: shipping costs EUR 54.90,
for shipments with a total weight of 80.01 - 100 kg: shipping costs EUR 59.90,

For delivery to German islands, an island surcharge of €15.00 will be added to the shipping costs.
Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment
The invoice amount is due within 10 days for payment by invoice.
For payment by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
For payment by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
