Medical nitrous oxide is an anesthetic gas and therefore a prescription drug. According to the Medicines Act (AMG), medical nitrous oxide may only be given to authorized persons (doctors, veterinarians and medical facilities). We are obliged to check proof of eligibility.

Filling a bottle – this is how it works
To a smooth process To ensure this, we deliver a newly filled bottle to you before the old one is completely empty. This way, the new bottle is ready and no unnecessary bottlenecks . You inform us when the old bottle has been exchanged for the new one – we will then arrange for the empty bottles to be collected. Since it is an anesthetic gas, the delivery is made as transport of dangerous goods by the company trans-o-flex. The total costs for shipping and collection of the empties will be calculated in your shopping cart when you place your order.
Filling the bottle – what you need to consider
We are also happy to take over the Maintenance of your compressed gas cylinders . A technical inspection is only every 10 years required. Please note that we can only refill bottles that have a valid TÜV sticker If the sticker on the empty bottle you have collected has expired, we will unfortunately have to charge you a maintenance fee of EUR 75.00 for the technical inspection. If you purchased the compressed gas cylinder from us, we will cover the costs of the inspection. As a medical anesthetic gas, it is subject to Nitrous oxide is subject to German pharmaceutical law . Please note that the sale of nitrous oxide is only permitted to physicians of human or veterinary medicine is possible and we can only accept orders from professional users.

Payment and shipping

We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:
For insured delivery with a shipping service provider of our choice within Germany we charge 6.90 EUR.
When shipping dangerous goods (dangerous goods shipping), we charge as follows:
For shipments with a total weight of 0.01 - 5 kg: Shipping costs 33.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 5.01 - 20 kg: shipping costs 34.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 20.01 - 40 kg: shipping costs 39.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 40.01 - 60 kg: shipping costs 44.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 60.01 - 80 kg: shipping costs 49.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 80.01 - 100 kg: shipping costs 54.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 100.01 - 120 kg: shipping costs 59.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 120.01 - 140 kg: shipping costs 64.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 140.01 - 160 kg: shipping costs 69.90 EUR,
For shipments with a total weight of 160.01 - 500 kg: shipping costs 79.90 EUR.
Dangerous goods are marked as such in the item description.
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €15.00 will be added to the shipping costs.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
If you choose to pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment
If payment is made by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 10 days.
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account by the announced date.
When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
