Medical carbon dioxide bottle filling in exchange
If you would like to refill an empty cylinder , we will arrange a quick and easy exchange of your CO2 cylinder. Refilling your cylinder is also possible, but it will take 10-14 days.
Changing the bottle – this is how it works
To ensure a smooth process , we deliver a refilled cylinder to you before the old one is completely empty. This way, the new cylinder is ready and there are no unnecessary bottlenecks . You notify us when the old cylinder has been exchanged for the new one – we will then arrange for the empty cylinder to be picked up. Since this is a compressed gas cylinder, the delivery is carried out as a hazardous goods transport by trans-o-flex. The total costs for shipping and collection of the empty cylinder will be calculated in your shopping cart when you place your order.
Filling the bottle – what you need to consider
We would also be happy to take care of the maintenance of your compressed gas cylinders for you. A technical inspection is only required every 10 years . Please note that we can only refill compressed gas cylinders that have a valid TÜV inspection . If the inspection date for the empties you have collected has expired, we unfortunately have to charge you EUR 75.00 for the technical inspection. If you purchased the compressed gas cylinder from us, we will cover the cost of the inspection. As a medical gas , medical carbon dioxide is subject to German pharmaceutical law . Please note that medical CO2 can only be sold to medical professionals in human or veterinary medicine and we can only accept orders from professional users.

Payment and shipping

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:
For insured delivery with a shipping service provider of our choice within Germany we charge 6.90 EUR.
When shipping dangerous goods (dangerous goods shipping), we charge as follows:
For shipments with a total weight of 0.01 - 5 kg: Shipping costs 33.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 5.01 - 20 kg: shipping costs 34.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 20.01 - 40 kg: shipping costs 39.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 40.01 - 60 kg: shipping costs 44.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 60.01 - 80 kg: shipping costs 49.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 80.01 - 100 kg: shipping costs 54.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 100.01 - 120 kg: shipping costs 59.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 120.01 - 140 kg: shipping costs 64.90 EUR,
for shipments with a total weight of 140.01 - 160 kg: shipping costs 69.90 EUR,
For shipments with a total weight of 160.01 - 500 kg: shipping costs 79.90 EUR.
Dangerous goods are marked as such in the item description.
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €15.00 will be added to the shipping costs.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
If you choose to pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment
If payment is made by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 10 days.
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account by the announced date.
When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
